Elemental Interactive Art Lounge
We invite you to join us for an immersive creative experience, in our comfortable lounge inspired by the 5 Elemental energies. This space will feature beautiful altars with artists live painting to represent each of the elements, as well as intentional installations to encourage interaction with these energies. Gather together with friends to enjoy tea, participate in the community art project, witness art coming to life, relax and rejuvenate, give your water some love at our water activation station, or let our body artists turn you into a living canvas.

HeartWisdom Guild brings the intention of integrity, body wisdom and Earth connection to the V Elements Festival! Contemplate your heart's desires in the Desire Temple created by guild member Jaime Lyerly and weave your written desires in with those of hundreds of others. Feel the heart beat of Mama Earth through guild director Veronicah Cohen's space holding and sacred art contributions to the Elemental Interactive Art Lounge.

EARTH - Hill Young
Hill Young (aka Painted Hill) is a multi-faceted creator that embraces the strange and most colorful parts of life. Hill is an illustrator, live painter, graphic designer, muralist, and art teacher focused on healing and engaging the world through art.
“My heart and soul are interconnected to the Earth. Grounding, healing, nurturing, mother nature holds us in a strong embrace. She provides the food, shelter, and companionship that we need, we ARE her. Like Nunqui the Amazon forest goddess, I help to care for her, tending the roots and seeds below with love while enamoured by sunlight, and celebrate her beneath the stars, dancing with arms extended like tree branches, reaching to the sky. Dancing with animals, feeling their medicine, thanking the herbs, and power in the dear fragile flowers. Sharing her beauty with all that will take a moment to see, to smell, touch, and dance with me. Here with dirt and grass between my toes, I feel at home, my true self, rooted and clear.”
AIR - Stephanie Van Alen & Allen Ramirez Collab
These two local San Diego Artist will be collaborating on a piece to represent the element of Wind/Air. Stephanie paints goddesses with flow, grace, and symbolism. Allen has more of an experimental, raw style that brings awareness and inspires other to see the light. Together their greatest creation is their four month old daughter, Hera Skye, which they plan to keep inspired by their art. Air/wind is the survival element that we breath in for life. There are two major ideas related to this element is the idea of breath/breathing and the idea of wind. Breathing relates to air on a personal level while wind relates to air on more of a cosmic level. Breath symbolizes life and power of spirit and also the transient and the elusive. The two artist will come together creating the heartbeat of breath and colors of wind to connect the spiritual meaning in their own way. A mixture of the masculine and feminine energy will bring a beautiful balance to the canvas.
WATER - Adelaide Marcus
Adelaide is a flourishing visionary of all sorts. The inspiration she soaks up from her creative lifestyle is evident in her visionary painting. At V Elements Adelaide will be portraying the element of water. Her creation will be born at the event and consist of a water goddess emerging in ecstasy on the night of a full moon. The wind swirls around her and the elements dance in alchemy.
SPIRIT - Rachel Benbrook
Rachel Benbrook is a San Diego bred artist who is inspired by nature and music and focuses on color in her work. Her "Spirit/Ether" Elemental painting will be inspired by a profound dream that has impacted her spiritual life immensely in the years since.
Kyle Bowen
My intention for the painting is to make a big,colorful, piece of artwork with 4 other artists. Each artist will be focusing on a specific element of their choice.I picked the element of Spirit because my favorite things to paint are Mandalas and I think Mandala art can represent that pretty well. Nature and Imagination are the two things that inspire my artwork the most. I've been making mandala art for about 7 years now. I had a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) when I was 17 and making mandalas become an important form of therapy for me. They represent healing,spiritual energy, and creativity.
Zach Young
Zach uses a wide variety of subject matter and techniques to create his visual art. His passion for learning and experimenting with a multitude of alternative painting processes, led him to his present day geometric multi-dimensional visual artwork. His primary visual focus is to infuse the natural beauty of all living things into his artwork. He incorporates the simplicities of nature along with its mysterious complexities. Ever since he was young he has been fascinated by the theoretical limits of the universe. As these elemental phenomena become transformed through his diligent and emergent practice he leaves the viewers with new insight to the possibilities of our world.
Stoik Visions
Multi-medium artist, Stoik Visions (Kevin McAllister), attempts to continually think outside the box while tapping into the collective energy that is creativity. Creativity feeds off itself; it is his goal to inspire and keep that energy constantly expanding. Stoik looks forward to collaborating on a piece that fully embodies our blessed existence in the universe. The five elements and their close relationships are what make us all connected to everything and everyone around us. He is honored to be collaboratively portraying the connection and flow between these elements.

Jimmy's inspiration comes from unfeigned life experiences. With the birth of his first child along came the birth of a true visionary. Rion is an Artist who inspires others with more than his art alone. He is a lover of all things natural and feels we are all artists with much to share. His approach to live painting is unique, as there is no pre-production in his performance and very little pre-meditation. Inspiration is drawn in the moment of inception and his live paintings have a raw energetic magnetism.
Celeste Buyers
