Who is hosting this event?

Indie Yoga, The Madero Group, and Alternative Power Productions are the hosts of V Elements, in partnership with Surfrider Foundation and several other local, San Diego companies and yoga studios.

What should I expect?

The perfect blend of yoga, music, entertainment, food, fun, libations and people!

 

What do I bring to this event?

For the yoga portion bring a mat, towel and water. For the music portion, just wear your dancing shoes (see above for Dress Up)! You may want to bring a jacket or coat, as the temperature will probably drop with the sun!

 

Will there be storage for my yoga stuff?

There will be ins and outs until 6pm, so you will be able to take your yoga belongings to the car.

 

Are bags allowed to be brought into the venue?

No bags are allowed in the venue after 6pm except for purses.

 

What age restrictions are there?

This event is all ages. Children under the age of 8 can enter for free. 21+ are permitted in the beer/wine garden with a valid ID.

 

Can I bring in outside food & drink?

No, no outside food and drink will be permitted. There will be plenty of very reasonably priced (healthy) food and beverages available for purchase, and free water throughout the day.

 

What if I come to do the yoga / workshop portion and decide to stay for the music?

If you decide you also want to stay for the music portion after yoga, you can purchase a music wristband separately at the box office.

 

If I don’t have a printed ticket, where do I go to get my wristband?

You can show your ID at the box office to get your wristband.

 

Will there be ins & outs?

Ins & Outs will be available until 6pm.

 

Can I take more than one yoga class?

Yes! If you purchase the yoga class portion of the day or the combo ticket, you can take any and all classes!

 

When do gates open?

You can enter the festival at 8:30 am with a yoga pass.

 

If I am only coming for the music, what time should I get to the venue?

Music starts at 3:00pm. You will be able to enter the venue gates at 2pm with a music wristband.

 

Can I bring my own water bottle to the event?

Please do! Only restriction is NO GLASS OR DISPOSABLE WATER BOTTLES! We don’t want anyone stepping on broken glass.

 

Is alcohol permitted?

There will be a beer/wine garden, with alcohol available for purchase. No outside alcohol will be permitted.

 

Will there be ticket refunds if it rains?

V Elements is a “rain or shine” event...
